The Royal Conservatory Music Certificate Program provides a recognized national standard of musical success through an effectively sequenced course of study from beginner to advanced levels. The achievement program inspires excellence through individual student assessments and allows students to celebrate accomplishment and track their progress with others across the country. The program also supplies teachers with high quality lesson plans and innovative resources for musician students. All students deserve the opportunity to celebrate their musical achievements nationally.
The comprehensive program encompasses four main areas: Repertoire, Technique, Musicianship, and Musical Literacy. Within each area the students with be immersed in a more intensive breakdown of all the facets of musical understanding. Each year the students will be tested on their Practical and Theory Assessments. Upon successful completion of an assessment, the student will receive a Certificate of Achievement and is automatically in the running for a Certificate of Excellence; which is a recognition for earning the highest marks for their practical assessment level in each state.
Each year the Royal Conservatory Music Certificate Program recognizes the outstanding achievements of top-scoring students. These awards are an exceptional distinction, as they are the result of hard work, dedication, and commitment.

The Center Certificate of Excellence is awarded to students who achieve the highest mark in their examination center in each level and discipline.

The State Certificate of Excellence is awarded to students who achieve the highest mark in their state in each level and discipline.

The National Gold Medal is awarded to students who achieve the highest mark in the country in each discipline.
