ATTENDANCE & MISSED LESSONS
Prompt attendance is essential and any changes to your lesson schedule will need to be made in advance.
All parents will receive a Swap List and are encouraged to utilize this information to swap lessons with other students on your own accord.
Makeup lessons will only be scheduled if 24-hours notice is given in advance and a slot is available. If you are unable to attend a scheduled makeup lesson, the lesson will be forfeited.
PARENTAL INVOLVEMENT
I strongly believe that the students' performance and focus is greater when parents do not attend lessons. However, I also feel that it is important for the parent to be aware of the child’s assignments and progress. I encourage you to check in at the end of lessons to hear what your child is working on and to discuss any practice or other questions.
Please respect the lesson times of other students by waiting on the porch until you are welcomed in.
